How World Weather handles personal data, consent choices, statistics and travel advertising.
Data controller
The controller of any personal data processed through this site is Rubicone, the publisher of World Weather, based in the European Union. For data-protection matters, contact us via the contact page.
What we collect
We do not require an account. The following data may be processed automatically:
- Server logs - IP address, user agent, referrer, requested URL, response code and timestamp, used by the hosting provider for security and diagnostics and normally retained for up to 30 days.
- Anonymous visit statistics - Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregated traffic statistics without cookies or cross-site profiles.
- Privacy choices - InMobi Choice stores consent or objection signals required by the GDPR, TCF and applicable US privacy laws.
- Travel advertising data - Tiki (formerly Clicktripz) may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, the visited page and interactions with travel recommendations. The integration script is loaded on eligible weather-content pages; cookies, personalisation and further advertising processing depend on the provider, your privacy choices and applicable law.
- Messages you send us - we process the content of email correspondence in order to reply.
Cookies and consent
Cloudflare Web Analytics remains cookieless. InMobi Choice may store a necessary cookie or browser-storage entry to remember your choice. Tiki may use cookies and similar advertising technologies in accordance with the consent signals and applicable law. You can reopen the privacy panel and change your decision at any time:

We rely on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) to maintain, secure and improve the service; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for non-essential cookies, personalisation and travel advertising where consent is legally required; contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) when you contact us; and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) where applicable.
