By using World Weather you accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the site.

2. Informational nature - not professional forecasting or advice

World Weather provides weather forecasts, climate data, air-quality data and indicative travel information for information purposes only. Data is aggregated from many sources, processed automatically and may contain errors. Weather forecasting is inherently uncertain. Do not rely solely on this site for safety-critical decisions; always verify warnings with official weather services.

3. Intellectual property

The text, layout, branding, charts and data compilations on World Weather are the intellectual property of Rubicone (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright and database rights. You may view, link to and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish substantial parts, sell the data, or systematically scrape the site.

4. No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Weather and its publisher Rubicone are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, in particular the consequences of decisions made on the basis of forecasts.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Poland, except where consumer law guarantees you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
